The premium book, which provides a complete listing of all competitive events at the 2026 Mercer County Fair, will be available late March. It can be read using the free Adobe Acrobat Reader. You can either scroll through the entire book as if you were paging through the printed version or you can use the bookmarks tab in Acrobat Reader to jump to the department of interest.

The downloadable entry form, which is also a pdf file, must be printed out, completed and mailed into the Mercer County Fair office by the entry deadline. All entries, except Departments J (Gardening) and L (Floriculture), must be postmarked by June 26th, 2026 or entered at the office by July 3rd, 2026. All entries must be picked up on Sunday July 12th, 2026 from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm.
Entries in Departments J & L can be made until 1 p.m. on Tuesday, July 7th.
Entries in the Little Miss, Junior Miss, and Miss Mercer County Fair Queen Pageants are made online in May.
